SWEEETHEAT REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your SWEEETHEAT purchase, you may return eligible items for a full refund.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. To start the return process, email info@sweeetheat.com or call 215-821-7665.

Returnable Items

Most unopened products in new condition can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept returns on gift cards or clearance merchandise.

Return Process

To return an item, please email info@sweeetheat.com or call 215-821-7665 to request a return authorization. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are applied to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us right away at info@sweeetheat.com with photos of damage and product packaging. We will arrange to ship a replacement item at no cost to you.

Sale and Clearance Items

All sale and clearance merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective. Please choose carefully.

SWEEETHEAT reserves the right to change this return and refund policy at any time. All refunds will be subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
