ORDERS

We ship orders in the sequence they are received. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order ships out.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

We ship via USPS and UPS. Delivery timelines vary by your location but please allow the following estimates:

Contiguous US: 5-7 business days
Alaska & Hawaii: 7-10 business days
APO/FPO Addresses: 10-14 business days

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

If you have any special instructions for your order such as leaving at a side door or with a neighbor, please include these details in the order comments section or email info@sweeetheat.com after placing your order.

We will make every effort to communicate special instructions to the shipping carrier but cannot guarantee they will be followed.

LOST ORDERS

SWEEETHEAT is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier and a signed proof of delivery is obtained.

If your tracking shows a delivery was made but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier first to open an investigation. We are happy to assist as needed.
